Home after my work trip to Minneapolis an I had to go right to work for the weekend. I came back with a "travel" cold. Now having my worst day and darn it I'm off today and had a run planned! Having that critical discussion in my head of I should rest versus "it's just a cold--go run". I am in the critical month(s) before my target event. Trying to listen to my body and make some training plan adjustments. Darn cold!
