26 miles - had a banana halfway, Heed in my hydration pack (had planned for a longer ride)
L: salad with chicken, tomato, onion, homemade dressing, skim milk
S: 1 slice sprouted wheat bread with a bit of PB
D: roasted chicken breast, roasted kale, a bit of brown rice, a bit over a pint of yummy chocolate stout. 2 squares dark chocolate
