I searched for "labia" on the forums here (having previously looked up all sorts of info on saddle sores :6 ) and immediately came upon this post. I used google translate to write up a note explaining my situation and symptoms in French and, long story short, eventually got to a gynecologist in Marseilles who confirmed it was an unhappy "gland du Bartholin" and gave me antibiotics and the recommendation to stay off the bike for five days. And it went away, thank god, but thank you!! all for being here on Team Estrogen with the discussion so I knew what was happening and could stop freaking out.
Gosh, that sounds SO much better in French, doesn't it??
