142.0. Steady is better than gaining, I guess, though not what I had in mind.
For the first time in more than 20 years, I have stopped taking Depakote every day to control migraines. I've been on a low dose for several years and stopped it altogether on June 1 to see if I still need it at all. On higher doses, it had a big affect on my appetite, so I'm curious to see if dropping from only 250 mg per day to 0 will do anything. Of course, a week from now I might decide I need to go back on it, depending on how my head behaves.

Yeah, I think the long weekend rides are causing problems with me. Generally I find that I'm hungrier than usual for several days after a long ride, so for the past month or so I've tried to eat more for the dinner and breakfast afterwards, and I guess I've gone overboard.
I would like to say that I've gained a bit of muscle over the past couple of months, and maybe that's true since I probably lose a bit over the winter and build it back up when I start riding again in the spring. But that would probably account for less than a pound at most.

Been insanely busy (parents here/work/work/workworkworkwork) the past couple weeks, and I know I ate a TON of good/rich food with the parents, so I'll take steady for now. This week will be rough, but if I can get 3 commutes in it'll help, so I suppose that's a sub-goal for the week![]()
