132, which is up after a week of pretty consistent 126-128s. Thursdays tend to be hard workout days for me, and I'm now thinking that a Friday morning weigh-in is just poor timing for me. I'm going to weigh again tomorrow, when stuff hurts less, and see what happens.
I've definitely lost weight. I now have a bunch of bottoms that are too big in the waist and hips![]()
