    B: 4 eggs, 1 cup korean white sticky rice (mmm the best)
    85 mile ride, 4 bottles accelerade, a few swigs of coke
    a 16 oz chocolate milk as soon as I finished
    L: duck fat frites with handmade mayo, seared trout with spring salad + citrus dressing and potato leek hash
    D: ??? I want ice cream

    B: small piece of sausage, veggies and some fruit

    L: Bread thin, some chicken, and veggies on the top along with some fruit

    S: Almonds and a few pieces of chocolate

    D: A few small pieces of chicken and steak with a dipping sauce, veggies, and a few small potato wedges.

    B: 2.5 egg omelette with low fat Colby cheese and sun dried tomatoes, 2 slices turkey bacon, blueberries, coffee
    L: Soy nut butter on Ezekial bread sandwich, apple
    19.5 mile ride
    S: a couple of ww pita rounds, nuts cranberries. I was starving.
    D: out for dinner (again) with DS and DIL. Had half of 5 mini tamales, stuffed with veggies, and Tinga Poblana, which was a small amount of shredded chicken in a spicy/tangy sauce, refried black beans, and about 1/4 of the rice on my plate.
    We won't talk about the sangria.
    I weighed more this morning than I have in 6 weeks.

    Rest day today:

    B: egg whites + steel cut oats, skim milk, coffee
    S: a few almonds and raisins
    L: Roasted skinless chicken breast sandwich on sprouted wheat bread, spinach/bean soup
    S:A few more almonds and raisins
    D: roasted carrots, a very small sweet potato, roasted skinless chicken breast, skim milk

    Handful of nuts before boot camp
    B: ham roll ups (4) with low fat chive cream cheese, an orange, coffee
    L: salad with lettuce, tuna, grape tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette, an apple
    S: #1 nuts and cranberries, #2 slice of Ezekial raisin bread
    D: salad with chicken, quinoa, grapes, dressing with Greek non fat yogurt, honey, apple, 2 squares dark chocolate
