    It's really going to depend on the race. Are you doing the 70.3 series? That might be more standardized. Usually the overall cut off is 8 hours, so I would guess it would be somewhere between four and five hours- but that is purely a guess. I would email the race director of the race in question if there is nothing on their website.

    I just looked at the florida 70.3 race3 and the bike cutoff is 5 hours after the last swim wave starts. Hope this helps. I think that is pretty standard. But down under if may be different. I know they have a shorter IM cut off time than in the states.
