Try Spinervals videos. They have a fitness series of videos and a competition series. Generally they are about 45 minutes long, with a few that are longer. Yesterday's workout for me was Mental Toughness - 90 minutes of tempo work and sprints at the end. If you're serious about training and getting bored with the tv, these are a good way to go.
