again- if nobody is around to see- just wear shorts. That's what I do at home. So what that my booty hangs out a little when I'm doing down dog. Nobody is around to see, but the dogs, and they haven't once complained.

Otherwise just buy a pair of cheap stretch capris (like the Vera Wang ones at Kohls for $15) or something like that.
