I started a bodyrock 30 day challenge 2 weeks ago, and today was my 2 week mid-challenge test. I did the same fit test I did on day one and I'm so pleased to see my strength increasing.
In the same amount of time I'm able to do 4 more burpees, 8 more boy push-ups, 9 more elevated tricep dips, and 6 more elbow-to-knee elevated ab crunches.

I am starting to see definition (just a wee bit) in my arms. My legs are still gooey, but I know I'm getting stronger. I hope when I weigh in at the end of June I'll see some kind of small loss, but I'm REALLY hoping for some inches lost.
Thanks for keeping me accountable, ladies. Even if I'm not weighing in regularly, I still feel like I'm being accountable to someone.

I swore I wasn't going to weigh in weekly, but I was cleaning out the closet this morning, and I just jumped on the scale.

133.5. Yesss!! That makes 6.5 lost since the beginning of March. Going to a wedding in August at the beach; Time to ramp it up and drop the last 6-8 in the next 6 weeks. It will take a concerted effort, but I can do this.

We'll see what happens this week. Am seeing a bunch of old/out of town friends for meetings the next three days so there will be much revelry....
