I hadn't run in 6 days, so this morning was a bit of a struggle. The 5K I am doing is in 3 weeks and I want to get at least 2 5K runs in before that. I did 2.5 miles today, but I had to walk up part of the steep hill. On Wednesday, I am going to drive to a flatter place. I hope to do 2.75 miles and then give myself 2 weeks to "practice" the 5K.
