Hey, I was born and raised in Redlands! It was fun to look at these route maps listed.

I remember some of those places very fondly, especially Sunset and Alessandro. There are some really steep nasty parts, but it's totally within your league. If there even is a 22% grade it won't last very long. I mean, I know I rode many of those roads when I was 13-14 and I really don't think I could have managed a prolonged 22% grade at that time.
