1 Middle Eastern flatbread with zaatar spice, warmed up. Yummmm.
1 walnut phyllo pastry

Snack (this is not good..)
1 spelt-blueberry muffin
Coffee with milk

Supper
light noodles stir fried with broccoli, gai lan and onion with green curry.
Tea with milk
1 kiwi fruit
