Can you tell me how you feel about the material?

What exactly do they mean by tights? In my head, tights are very thin.

Thanks for any info, I am constantly searching for anything that would help my "lady bits" feel more comfortable.

They're not super-thin and they are pretty compressive. I was comfortable riding in the windy low-50s with them on. I think if it were in the 40s that I'd have been chilly, or at least would have wanted knee-high socks. In the 70s I suspect I'd be too warm.

I just got my Oxygen shorts, today...really looking forward to it being warm enough to give them a spin (Michigan in April is stupid). The chamois feels similar to the one in the power 3/4 tights, so I have high hopes!
