    Hello everyone

I've been lurking on the boards for a couple of weeks and finally registered today.

Where do you live? SF BAy Area

Explanation of your handle: I like that cartoon character, Miffy the bunny, and I have a Fuji.

    Age (general or specific) 29

Occupation: in the field of Education

What's in your stable? A Giant Yukon MTB and a Fuji Cross Comp. The Giant I got last Fall and now share with my mom. The Fuji is my new toy that I got about a month ago with my tax return. heh. I just started riding it to work.

Most memorable moment on my bike: So far? Trying out my clip in pedals for the first time. No falls for 29 miles..on the last mile, I turned to check on my friend and I went over flat sideways. ouch.

Most fun ever had on a bike? Riding with my pals in GGP and picnicking.

Welcome to the board Miffy! Your avatar is just too cute! new Fuji eh? Lucky you! May you and he/she have many years together and hope to hear from both of you again!!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand, strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming: "Yeah Baby! What a Ride!"

Thanks! I know it is a little off this topic, but I have gleaned so much from reading through everyone's various posts. I really appreciate how nice the environment is on these boards. It's neat how a lot of you seem to know each other off of the boards. I sense a real spirit of comraderie and support from everyone and for everyone, and I think that is just great.
