Thanks! I spent 4 hours yesterday at my LBS ending with putting a deposit down on a Surly LHT, mochachino. I'm told it's a couple models old, but it's never been ridden.

Tonight I'm going to pick up the one butterfly bar available in the city, and have them start switching over the things that need to be switched over.
