Yikes. That's really unpleasant. It is most definitely not supposed to be that low. When I first started using it, I had to squat almost all the way to the floor to get it in. Now I can do it standing up with one leg bent a tiny bit so there is a learning curve. Try the deep squat - just not in the stall at work!!!
