    Having a blog has been handy especially for those who do know me personally, instead of me clogging up their email with photos. My family and friends don't use facebook and are familiar with me enjoying to "tell a story" with photos.

    And a personal blog, for easy reference when I chat with others on various topics.
    I agree entirely about not using a blog as a "training" blog - it is more about about the spirit than the science, I like that I also have a needlework blog that is a combination of needlework and Orthodoxy - adding bikes to the mix really was just too much...though I've not posted there in a couple of years as well.

    Bethany - I remember having issues with Wordpress when I originally moved from Blogspot. I wouldn't go back though - and I would love to see your quilting/bike blog so feel free to send me a message with the link if you don't want to make it public here.
