This is why I blog about other stuff in addition to cycling. For certain, I don't use my blogs as cycling training blogs. I don't expect people spending precious personal time to know my heart rate, etc.
I like reading about other people's cycling adventures both local and elsewhere. It's always great to get blog comments/visits from other cyclists.
Having a blog has been handy especially for those who do know me personally, instead of me clogging up their email with photos. My family and friends don't use facebook and are familiar with me enjoying to "tell a story" with photos.
And a personal blog, for easy reference when I chat with others on various topics.
