Commute to work on my bike

B: Bannana and some turkey sausage

L: Chicken and veggies


Commute home then went went on a 3.5 mile run

S: Chocolate milk and an apple

D: Most likely some fish and a big salad

S: Planning on frozen fruit.

Gosh when I look at this this does not look like very many calories. I will have to plug it into The Daily Plate. hmmmm
