I agree! Shopping at TE feels a lot like shopping at a local boutique - a huge accomplishment for an internet based business. Because of your personal appearances on this forum and the great service that I receive from your staff, I don't feel like the money I spend at TE is getting lost in cyberspace. I get great products and service while knowing that my purchases are benefiting real people.
