I think I work out too much to get sick. I have no scientific data to prove this of course. But I think working out scares germs away. My body is not a hospitable place I guess. :
I have been saying this for years and my husband and other don't believe me. I know since I have been cycling on a regular basis, barely get sick and I say that maybe it is because I am sweating the germs out of me or something. Now since I am just typing this and not saying it out loud, I hope I did not just jinx myself.![]()
