Snack: handful of goldfish crackers at work
Lunch: Large bowl of beef vege soup (homemade)
Snack: 2 small cookies (homemade by my boss' wife)
Dinner: 1 chicken thigh, homemade marinara sauce, small amount of spagetti pasta, 1 glass red wine
Dessert: piece of mixed fruit pie
