The road ID will velcro to your shoe strap - thats how I have mine - you don't need laces. I just leave it on my shoe all the time, it never gets taken off.
As for the steroid use while body building - those steroids are slightly different, but either can make you miserable. I'm sorry you have to be on them fuji. Very very smart for you to have an id tag!The space and time for what you WANT is being occupied by what you have settled for

OK, so I bought one today. I hope it is cute. There wasn't enough room to fit my entire medical history, so I just put "panhypopit, give me steroids."

I got the shoe ID last year. I understand about putting the medical history on there! I'm on immune suppressant drugs, so I had to get creative.
It goes on the velcro straps on the shoes pretty well. Though I dig the pictures you can put on the dog tags..... maybe I need to upgrade
