    The road ID will velcro to your shoe strap - thats how I have mine - you don't need laces. I just leave it on my shoe all the time, it never gets taken off.

    As for the steroid use while body building - those steroids are slightly different, but either can make you miserable. I'm sorry you have to be on them fuji. Very very smart for you to have an id tag!

    OK, so I bought one today. I hope it is cute. There wasn't enough room to fit my entire medical history, so I just put "panhypopit, give me steroids."

    I was going to get the picture of the Biker Chick, but then I realized at the last minute they had the Fuji bike symbol (like my avatar) and I couldn't resist. hee hee

    I got the shoe ID last year. I understand about putting the medical history on there! I'm on immune suppressant drugs, so I had to get creative.

    It goes on the velcro straps on the shoes pretty well. Though I dig the pictures you can put on the dog tags..... maybe I need to upgrade
