Good job! I recently gave up sugar. It's amazing what a powerful goal it has been. True, the first week was really hard, but now I'm not even tempted. It really cuts down on those little snacks. If they have sugar in them, they are off the table.

Today I went into CVS and walked out without buying chocolate or cookies or a mocha frappachino. I had to talk (in my head) to myself the whole time I was in the store, keeping focused on what I was there for, and telling myself not to be lured by the easter displays with mounds of chocolate stuff. I did it. Amazing. I know it sounds really stupid probably, but this is the thing that is hardest for me: being next to junk and not being able to stop buying it or picking it up (at a conference or meeting) and stuffing it in my face.

You are good. Drugstores tend to carry REALLY good chocolate. I have a hard time leaving without Lindt or Toblerone.![]()
