    Sweet! Love the colors!

Mines also a 44cm in red/white- and I felt the same way when I got on it. "Wow it fits! Holy cow it fits!" (You can tell I've spent many a year on bikes that were too big.)

Many happy miles! That's a beautiful bike!

And it's good that you have a good shop to go to; that makes it even better.

Thank you so much for your well wishes! I didn't really know what everyone meant when they spoke about bike fit. I rode a Jamis Endura, Trek Madone, Jamis Coda, a Giant, Specialized Amira and an Allez. But after riding the Ruby, I felt like it just molded to me. I even liked the colors though I know black/pink aren't for everyone.

I appreciate all the good advice and encouragement from this forum. Thank you!

What a beautiful bike! Is the reason the top tube slopes so much because of the small size? When I first saw your photo, it looked like a mixte! I like that it's so low to step over, though. And great colors!

Which model Ruby did you get?

Yeah! I looked at it and went "wha? It looks like a mountain bike!" Then I realized it was a 44cm.
At least I don't leave slime trails.

Thanks!! I got the Ruby Comp. I think the reason the tube slopes so much is because the bike is tiny. It was able to fit in the back seat of my car (which is a regular coupe and not a sedan or SUV)

    Your Gorgeous Ruby bike

I really love Specialized Ruby's pink/black color scheme (yes, I am a purple/pink type of gal). But, I need to climb hills better so I got the Specialized Amira Elite, still wishing for Ruby's beautiful paint job. Enjoy your gorgeous new bike!
