I got my Ruby

yay!!! I got the bike! For those of you who read my last post, I had 2 salespeople help me and I was worried about who should get the commission.
Long story short, Salesperson #2 placed the order and it was the perfect size. Salesperson #1 got the commission after talking to SP2 and showing him our email exchange.But, SP1 spent a lot of time showing me how to shift the gears, clean the tires, take the front wheel off and fit it into my car so he was extremely helpful. I'm very happy with the service I got from the shop and even happier with my new bike!
The Ruby was way more comfortable than the Jamis and the Trek that I tried out and the 44 fit me perfectly. The minute, I got on it, I knew, it was the bike for me. Thanks for all your help.

Mines also a 44cm in red/white- and I felt the same way when I got on it. "Wow it fits! Holy cow it fits!" (You can tell I've spent many a year on bikes that were too big.)

Thank you so much for your well wishes! I didn't really know what everyone meant when they spoke about bike fit. I rode a Jamis Endura, Trek Madone, Jamis Coda, a Giant, Specialized Amira and an Allez. But after riding the Ruby, I felt like it just molded to me. I even liked the colors though I know black/pink aren't for everyone.
I appreciate all the good advice and encouragement from this forum. Thank you!

What a beautiful bike! Is the reason the top tube slopes so much because of the small size? When I first saw your photo, it looked like a mixte! I like that it's so low to step over, though. And great colors!
