Weighed less earlier this week, and then ate more (what was I thinking!?)
Indeed, this is a huge help to me too so thank you for keeping track! And also thank you to everyone for sharing their successes and challenges... it's amazing how some days I think: "I've got this under control!" and then the next day: "I want chocolate, now!"![]()
Friday, March 2: 105.2
Averaged 1620 calories a day. I have been watching moving averages on my weight and even though today is roughly flat from the last couple of weeks my trend line is inching up based on daily figures. I've been exercising a lot but 1620 calories is a bit too high.

At least it's heading, finally, in the right direction: 164.2 (only 0.4 down from last week).

This has been my first week being mostly Paleo - as in about 90%. No dairy other than a dollop of 1/2 & 1/2 in my morning coffee. No sugar, but am still using stevia in the coffee. I'm drinking unsweetened herb teas the rest of the day. Once my coffee beans are used up, caffeine is going away along with the cream and stevia. No grains. Giving up my morning oatmeal has been the most difficult change.
Whether the 2# change is real loss or water weight, I can't tell, but I'm happy to finally see the scale go down. Maybe this week was the kick start. Fingers are crossed. I'm actually looking forward to the next challenge.
