Yesterday, I was 104.4 . But, I resisted the urge to carbo load.
    Mr. Crankin 147.2

He's driving me nuts. Rode to work in the rain and strong wind yesterday, so he could "get to my goal."
We are leaving for vacation in Vermont next Wednesday, so will report our final numbers on Wednesday. Not sure how I will handle vacation. Part of me wants to forget about any type of food restriction, but part wants to be "a little" good. We will be doing lots of x country skiing and snow shoeing, but we are staying at a really funky B and B where the owner is an awesome chef. Breakfast and dinner are included and he packs us lunches for the trail. I need to fuel differently for this type of intense exercise, but 5 days may be enough to push me right back to 110.

    105 for me today too.

Holding pretty steady. I like this number and want to stay within a couple of pounds variance from 105. I ate like a pig yesterday. Over the three preceding days I rode 100 miles total and I think I was a big short on calories, but I went way over board yesterday, into binge territory. My average calories for the week was 1643, my highest in more than a year!!! The next two days will be off days. It is stormy, both windy and rainy here through Saturday. I don't even want to walk in the weather.

Now I'm off to ride a golf cart around the state park, filling bird feeders in the rain.

Goldfinch and Crankin, I'm envious of your numbers- which I may never reach, but happily, the scale today said 115.6, and has been below 116 at least 4 days in the last 7.

Last June we went on a vacation for 2 weeks and I gained about 4 lbs. In spite of all my cycling, it has taken me until now to get back- and that is still above my goal of 112 (which I last saw during mid-winter 2010-2011). But still, wandering between 112-118 is better than 145-150 :-)

    Wow, 105 Can't imagine. I think I weighed that in 4th grade.

123.8 today. It surprised me that I did not gain a pound or two this week. Last week was my first 40+ mile running week since last fall and I was ravenous Mon-Tues-Wed of this week. Couple that with less running this week (it's my easy week), and I was sure I'd see an upward creep. Probably next week. I'm targeting more of a maintenance level of calories now that the mileage is increasing.

Meant to add- Crankin I hope you figure out a good balance on your vacation eating- even though I was active when we went on ours, I just didn't track what I was eating at all and it sure took a long time to get rid of the vacation pounds. Sounds like you will have many wonderful temptations though.

164.6, which is a downward again, after a week of being sick. Hopefully this is the last of the obstacles I'm facing now and can focus.
