    Yuck, I have a cold and I'm just not really hungry!

    B: 1 piece wg toast, bowl of cheerios with 1% milk, coffee
    L: 1 greek raspberry yogurt and a banana
    2 hours tennis not at a very high level!
    D: 2 beef tacos, small amount of rice/beans
    few cups of tea with honey, lots of water

    B: handful of almonds before circuit training, 2 egg omelette with chicken and avocado, an orange, coffee
    L: home made chicken salad with dried cranberries and walnuts, apple
    S: pack of nuts and cranberries
    D:3 turkey meatballs with marinara sauce, salad with grated parmesan and nuts, oil and vinegar

    I wish I could eat nuts 4 times a day and be 105 pounds.

    This is not a huge amount of nuts, Susan! Like 5-6. I am not really addicted to them, but they fill me up much more than the crappy crackers I always used to eat for snacks. I find it much easier to control my ravenous hunger and feel full during the day when I eat the nuts in these small amounts. I even have been using them as snacks when riding (shorter rides).

    Try eating them raw and salt-free. I've found it's a great way to get the benefits but without the addictive-ness of regular nuts (except for pecans, I have issues with pecans in all forms!).

    B: turkey breast slices over sliced tomatoes, with melted cheddar, small bowl of whole wheat flakes with 1% milk, coffee
    L: finished the home made chicken salad. Unfortunately, I had like 10 minutes in between coming home from seeing clients and then going to get a hair cut.
    S: small skim milk mocha latte, which calmed me down after the hair cut (and made me think of Marni who used to be the manager here) and then some sheep's milk cheese and 3 whole wheat crackers
    D: I didn't feel like cooking, so we went out. I had a cup of Italian chicken soup, grilled wild sea bass, asparagus, and I ate 2 of the roasted potatoes.
    Came home and had 2 squares dark chocolate

    B: key lime larabar (heaven in a stick), bison jerky
    Strength training!
    L: giant spinach salad with roast pasture raised chicken, avocado, and pasture raised bacon (also heavenly).

    I just baked some sweet potatoes, so I'm thinking pot roast, cabbage + carrot salad, and SPs yummm

    Brunch: 2 strips bacon, 2 pancakes with butter and maple syrup
    S: White mocha, a scone (I didn't eat the icing) while studying.
    D: Pulled pork with bbq sauce (pulled out of the freezer) on a wheat bun, leftover veggies in sauce with some spinach mixed in. That sauce is good and makes an excellent salad dressing...for spinach. I need to make more.
    I think I'll have an apple or an orange and make popcorn so I can finish studying this chapter. Just as well that the weather sucks for outdoor riding this weekend!
    At least I don't leave slime trails.
