Today, I learned that there exists Double Irons.

I also learned that I am a complete wimp for considering even people that do Olympic-length a little on the crazy-side.

Kacie!! That is sooooooo awesome. I just came back to TE myself recently and I had no idea. I'm going back to read your blog and I'll definitely be tracking you on Friday.

    GOOD LUCK!!!

She's on the bike with a swim time of 2:42. Wishing you tailwinds, Kacie!

    Thank you Blueberry.

It would be super helpful for me if people kept posting her times during the day. I have a crazy day at work today and I don't think I'll be able to check in on her that much but it's pretty easy for me to get the information from TE.

So let's keep posting and keep her in our thoughts!!

    TIA ladies.

First bike lap done, 3:53:13. Go Kacie!

Eta: it's very hot and insanely windy on the east coast. Really hoping she isn't dealing with the same weather.
