    To disable ads, please log-in.

    Hello lovely ladies of TE!

I have been quite absent lately, because I have been training....a lot....for a double IRON distance race.

I am linking my blog that links all of the tracking information, in case you are interested!

Thanks for any good thoughts/support/great energy you can send my way from Friday at 7AM until I'm done!

Good luck, Kacie!!! TE is rooting for you. I'm eager to read about this one! I'd never even heard of a double IM before you indicated you were doing one.

Good Luck Kacie - a double IM that's impressive, just doing a single IM is intimidating enough for me

Just doing a sprint or a try a tri is impressive. I had no idea there's such a thing as a DOUBLE IM

Today, I learned that there exists Double Irons.

I also learned that I am a complete wimp for considering even people that do Olympic-length a little on the crazy-side.

    Thank you Blueberry.

It would be super helpful for me if people kept posting her times during the day. I have a crazy day at work today and I don't think I'll be able to check in on her that much but it's pretty easy for me to get the information from TE.

So let's keep posting and keep her in our thoughts!!

    TIA ladies.

First bike lap done, 3:53:13. Go Kacie!

Eta: it's very hot and insanely windy on the east coast. Really hoping she isn't dealing with the same weather.

Still on the bike and moving great -

45.614 M Bike 05:26:56 are the official results so far

She's about 50 miles into the bike (ETA Lap 6 of 30). Her crew says she's doing great!
