In my case, not all of the foods listed trigger a reaction, and there are some that aren't on the list (peanuts). I can eat parsley, but not celery. Walnuts don't bother me, and almost every food on the list is fine if I cook it. I prefer almonds and peanuts roasted anyway.Cherries are the only iffy one.
