Monday Blues:
B: plain full fat yogurt with cornflakes.
L: Leftover braised noodles with this beancurd roll stuffed with pork and shrimp.
Gym session: 25 minutes of intervals on a gym bike :s 20 minutes of weights and dynamic squats + lunges
Post gym: A bottle of apple, lemon, cucumber and lettuce juice (big mistake, stomach is very unhappy now)
D: brown rice, cabbage stir fried with red chilies and garlic, soy sauce egg
Something like 2 litres of water and counting...

) hunting for a black bean soup recipe. The last one I made just wasn't all that good.
Also, if I don't puree the black beans, then I can use them for other things if I wish. That being said, this time I did put a couple of cups of beans in the blender and added them back to the soup. I don't normally do that but I felt like it.
