Triple ditto on see the Doc! I am 50, relatively new to Mt biking (almost a year) and when I have been dizzy I knew exactly why, (bonk, my fault) or nauseous (dismal swamp fire- code orange air pollution) but not knowing.......scary! Please get a complete checkup (:
