Ah, you suspect me of omitting them all together. not to worry, for the four or five egg whites I eat per day, I often eat 1-2 of my chicken's whole eggs. Seven whole eggs per day is just a bit too much. If I'm not clucking within a year, I shall be surprised

Brunch, since I got up at noon today : Cereal with 1%
Green tea latte (iced), half a bag of peanut butter M&Ms, a Hershey kiss
Marathon cleaning session--totally counts as weight lifting in my book...
Half a 2% Greek yogurt with granola and a (generous) drizzle of honey
    ~30 minutes on the trainer
The other half of the yogurt carton
Pulled pork sandwich with chipotle barbecue sauce, a banana and half a blood orange.
At least I don't leave slime trails.

    Super Bowl Sunday:

B: The usual (steel-cut oats with berries, scrambled egg whites, skim milk, coffee)

S: small apple with 1/2 cup cottage cheese

L: whole wheat tortilla wrap with 4 slices turkey bacon, tomato slices, 1/2 avocado, sprouts and a bit of low-fat "mayo", 1 cup skim milk. More coffee

    1 hour bike ride...outside

D: home-made black bean soup (very simple, with only spices, tomato, onion, celery), 1 small roasted/skinless chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice. 1 beer, 2 wedges dark chocolate. A bit of no-fat Greek yogurt on the soup, yummy!

Catrin, do you puree your soup or just let it cook and fall apart? I've been (I just typed it as the legume ) hunting for a black bean soup recipe. The last one I made just wasn't all that good.

B: Whole-grain waffles with peanut butter and jelly (hey, it's not bad! And quick too!)
L: Buffalo chicken sandwich (with spinach, onion and banana pepper), jalapeno potato chips
S: Small Toblerone. Oh, how I missed those.
    glass of Coke
D: Bowl of bean soup, with kale
15 minutes of ladders on the trainer.
I'm going to go make myself a sort of pina colada-inspired smoothie. I don't have rum but I do have a bunch of bananas to use up.
At least I don't leave slime trails.
