Yesterday:
Breakfast: Bran cereal with 6 almonds and blueberries, 3 scrambled egg whites, skim milk, coffee
S: small banana
L (left it at home) settled for a "lo-carb" roasted chicken Po'Boy (no bread) with a small amount of mushroom etoufee
S: remainder of roasted chicken from lunch
1 hour fitness walk, 1 hour spinning
D: 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese with a few almonds and berries, one slice sprouted wheat toast
For someone who used to never eat fruit nor nuts, I am doing much better in this department. Now I just have to remember what vegetables are - outside of the occasional steamed broccoli and spinach/kale in my soups.
