    B: eggs and ezekiel toast. Bit of orange juice
    S: oats with apple
    L: UM Shake, salad
    S: ezekiel cinnamon raison toast w/ sunflower seed butter, cup of butternut squash chili
    D: Roasted root veggies and kale
    S: Green smoothie

    Day 1 of 10 of no caffeine. Surprisingly, no migraine. However, I am foggy, tired, and not very productive.

    Yesterday:

    Breakfast: Bran cereal with 6 almonds and blueberries, 3 scrambled egg whites, skim milk, coffee
    S: small banana
    L (left it at home) settled for a "lo-carb" roasted chicken Po'Boy (no bread) with a small amount of mushroom etoufee
    S: remainder of roasted chicken from lunch

    1 hour fitness walk, 1 hour spinning

    D: 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese with a few almonds and berries, one slice sprouted wheat toast

    For someone who used to never eat fruit nor nuts, I am doing much better in this department. Now I just have to remember what vegetables are - outside of the occasional steamed broccoli and spinach/kale in my soups.

    B: ham and low fat cheddar melted over a sliced tomato, bowl of Irish oatmeal with 6 almonds and blueberries, coffee
    L: salmon salad and an apple
    S: packet of nuts and cranberries
    D: (restaurant) glass of red wine, garden salad with oil and vinegar, blackened swordfish, sweet potato, broccoli and carrots

    I wish I liked fish. That sounds like a wonderful dinner!

    On the menu today (Official Day 1 0f DH's Elimination diet/Cleanse: no caffeine, sugar, processed flour, corn starch or corn syrup)

    S: Organic Oats w/ apple slices & Cinnamon
    L: UM Shake--no PB :-( and a salad with homemade salad dressing

    B: 3 dried apricots and 6 walnuts before spin class, 4 slices of turkey breast rolled up with mayo inside and Irish oatmeal with blueberries, coffee
    L: cottage cheese with ham and almonds mixed in, apple
    S: 2 slices Machengo cheese, 1/2 a glass of red wine
    D: chicken breast sauteed in whole wheat bread crumbs/olive oil, 2 OZ whole wheat spaghetti with organic marinara, spinach and parmesan, one piece dark chocolate
