Today:
B: Bran cereal with almonds and raisins, skim milk, 2 slices turkey bacon
S: strawberries and no-fat greek yogurt
L: 1/2 roast chicken po'boy with a little bit of mushroom etoufee
S: banana
D: big salad with mixed salad greens, one boiled egg, almonds, blackberries, tomato, olive oil/balsamic dressing
S: 6 almonds and two small dark chocolate covered peanuts
PT today, so no exercise. I've learned the hard way that I cannot exercise on the same day I have my neck PT. Sad...it was >40 here today and even saw some sunshine!
