S: packet of nuts and cranberries
D: veggie burger with no bun, with melted low fat cheddar, big salad with spinach, romaine, goat cheese, cranberries, walnuts, cup of low sodium tomato soup, half a glass of red wine, one piece dark chocolate

L: 1/2 roast chicken po'boy with a little bit of mushroom etoufee

D: big salad with mixed salad greens, one boiled egg, almonds, blackberries, tomato, olive oil/balsamic dressing
S: 6 almonds and two small dark chocolate covered peanuts
PT today, so no exercise. I've learned the hard way that I cannot exercise on the same day I have my neck PT. Sad...it was >40 here today and even saw some sunshine!

S: Peanut butter M&Ms, a couple of fruit snacks (offered by a friend).
1 3/4 beer (the whole one was a pale ale, the 3/4 was a lager) with my advisor and lab mates. It turns out that that was a little bit too much...
Green tea frappucino while waiting for the beer to wear off so I could drive home.

L: Wound up hitting the Noodles & Company for lunch - their food is like crack for me, got the Whole Grain Tuscan Linguine with Parmesan-encrusted chicken. I also got a piece of flatbread, though thankfully I only ate about a third of it. Still...
1 hour workout with weights
D: Just couldn't face cooking...Trader Joe's chicken sausage with a slice of smoked gouda, 1 slice sprouted wheat bread, 1 cup roasted pepper/tomato soup.
1 hour on the trainer
S: 1 beer
Tomorrow will get back to normal.
OMG Noodles and Company. It's good. I like their mac and cheese.

D: I broke down and went to Five Guys for dinner. Single-patty bacon cheese burger, with onion, lettuce, jalapenos and bbq sauce. Thing was gone in five minutes.![]()
