    L: mashed potatoes and tomato sauce with veges and turkey italian sausage
    D: Roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans

    B: before spin class, 2 dried apricots and a handful of almonds, after class, whole wheat tortilla with melted Mexican low fat cheese, a couple of slices of avocado, black beans, and salsa, Cara Cara orange, coffee.
    L: 3 slices low salt ham with melted low fat Gouda, handful of blueberries, cole slaw
    S: packet of nuts and cranberries
    D: veggie burger with no bun, with melted low fat cheddar, big salad with spinach, romaine, goat cheese, cranberries, walnuts, cup of low sodium tomato soup, half a glass of red wine, one piece dark chocolate

    Today:

    B: Bran cereal with almonds and raisins, skim milk, 2 slices turkey bacon
    S: strawberries and no-fat greek yogurt
    L: 1/2 roast chicken po'boy with a little bit of mushroom etoufee
    S: banana
    D: big salad with mixed salad greens, one boiled egg, almonds, blackberries, tomato, olive oil/balsamic dressing
    S: 6 almonds and two small dark chocolate covered peanuts

    PT today, so no exercise. I've learned the hard way that I cannot exercise on the same day I have my neck PT. Sad...it was >40 here today and even saw some sunshine!

    B: Pecan bun and tea with half-and-half.
    L: Rice with broccoli, chicken, almonds and pomegranate seeds. Guess I have to cook again.
    S: Peanut butter M&Ms, a couple of fruit snacks (offered by a friend).
    1 3/4 beer (the whole one was a pale ale, the 3/4 was a lager) with my advisor and lab mates. It turns out that that was a little bit too much...
    Green tea frappucino while waiting for the beer to wear off so I could drive home.
    1-hr trainer workout
    D: Caesar salad, Greek yogurt with granola and pomegranate seeds.
    At least I don't leave slime trails.

    Today....bad Catrin

    B: steel cut oats, egg whites, skim milk & coffee
    S: small apple
    L: Wound up hitting the Noodles & Company for lunch - their food is like crack for me, got the Whole Grain Tuscan Linguine with Parmesan-encrusted chicken. I also got a piece of flatbread, though thankfully I only ate about a third of it. Still...

    1 hour workout with weights

    D: Just couldn't face cooking...Trader Joe's chicken sausage with a slice of smoked gouda, 1 slice sprouted wheat bread, 1 cup roasted pepper/tomato soup.

    1 hour on the trainer

    S: 1 beer

    Tomorrow will get back to normal.

    OMG Noodles and Company. It's good. I like their mac and cheese.

    L: coconut-crusted chicken fingers, an apple, part of a mint crackle cookie
    S: Peanut butter M&Ms
    D: I broke down and went to Five Guys for dinner. Single-patty bacon cheese burger, with onion, lettuce, jalapenos and bbq sauce. Thing was gone in five minutes.
