    Time to come clean . . . eat clean that is.

    B: Ezekiel Bread toast with egg+egg white, Blueberry Coffee (yummo!)
    L: UM Shake and a salad
    S: Greek Yogurt+PB
    D: Mexican Salad (lots of greens, spicy black beans, salsa)
    ES: Green Smoothie

    Munchies: 10 almonds, mini raisin pack, veggies, 1 90% Chocolate square

    Limewave, where do you find 90% chocolate that tastes good?

    B:handful of walnuts and cranberries before strength/core class
    2 eggs, over easy, 2 pieces turkey bacon, handful of blueberries, cup of ginger green tea
    coffee
    L: salad with spinach, tuna in olive oil, grape tomatoes, low fat Gouda with balsamic vinegar, Pink Lady apple. I am obsessed with those.
    S: pack of nuts and cranberries
    D: 5 oz. of hangar steak, half a sweet potato, asparagus, salad with lettuce, tomato, avocado slices

    I didn't say it tasted good. I normally get the 85%. But DH did the grocery shopping and that is what he came home with. So now I have 3 giant chocolate bars to eat up. I'm kind of hoping that I'll acquire a taste for the really, super dark stuff.

    mmmm Dark Chocolate...haven't had any for some time, thanks for the reminder:

    Yesterday:

    B: steel cut oats with egg whites, skim milk, coffee
    S: tiny apple and 6 almonds
    L: home made bean soup with chicken sausage, 1 rice cake
    D: Turkey Bacon BLT on sprouted wheat bread with added sprouts, skim milk

    75 minutes spinning

    S: tiny apple with cottage cheese

    L: mashed potatoes and tomato sauce with veges and turkey italian sausage
    D: Roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans
