    Dear Ski Doppelganger:

I'm just heartbroken that your injuries were so severe that you died today. You were really a beautiful life force, and by all accounts a generous and giving person as well. You were too young.

Love, Your non-X games gold medallist, non model name double.

    Dear Weather Beings,

Are you having fun with us? Snow, freezing rain, now more snow. I would be having fun if my nordic skis weren't delaminated. Staying stuck inside is losing it's charm.

Dear MP - I forgot your doppelganger was injured and kind of freaked when I saw the headlines. I'm glad it wasn't you.

PS - I used the word "doppelganger" just today myself . . .

Same here in Bendemonium. Mt Bachelor just set a record with 35" of snow in 24 hours which is way cool, but I could do without the rain down below. We're a slushy, yucky mess.

The Weather Beings are having payback for the incrediblely warm and dry winter we've had so far. Battendown the hatches!

Jealous! I hope you're having fun!

Boise as well, all the snow in town has now rained away and the slush it mostly gone. Glad our ski hill finally opened - latest opening on record

    Dear Organic Natural Peanut Butter,

You are so nutty and yummy. Whether straight from the jar, garnished with raisins or chocolate chips, or even swirled into a serving of greek yogurt--you are my happy place every afternoon. The other day I licked your jar clean and was forced to use DH's JIF It looked so gray and its texture so, so . . . unappetizing. I hope to never have to do that again.

It is very, very sad, Sarah coached my DD at a few camps. Their type of skiing Scares me to death but I also believe in people following their passion. Thanks Sarah for promoting strong women!
