I really struggle to run in the heat--which for me is anthing above 60. I hand it to you for running in Belize at all!

So, I ran for five whole minutes today as a warmup for my session with my personal trainer. It felt fine.....but it was only five minutes at a relatively easy pace. Still, I'm hoping that it's healing bit by bit. Back to resting it though. I'm not ready for a full-on run.
