    Real name: Jean

Where do you live? Nashua NH

Explanation of your handle: Well, my name is Jean, and had brain freeze, thus the unimaginative handle

Explanation of your avatar: I just like it. It’s me, on a borrowed Yeti, at the 2006 (?) 24Hours At Great Glen race.

    Age: 51

Occupation: Jewelry designer, part time bike shop worker & window treatment consultant

Favorite bike: would love a Yeti SB66

What's in your stable? Mtb: 2004 Klein Palomino; road: 2009 Trek 5000; Touring: my old Fuji League

Fastest speed on a road bike? 45ish unconfirmed – I didn’t have a bike computer at the time, but I was a little behind a friend, and he said he hit 48 down the hill. Where? Don’t remember, a weekend friends ride. When? Summer 2010

Another picture of yourself or your ride? Oh, dear, adding a photo is beyond my skill level.

What is the biggest lie you've ever told: Wow. I love you too. But, after a good while, I did.

Most memorable moment on my bike: I had to think about this one. I going to say the first day of the Great Divide tour I did w/my friend Beth. (I only did 8 days, she did the whole thing.) We started climbing the first pass in the mountains in Montana, and the weather changed from sunny & warm at the bottom, to rain & thunder, to sleet, to a light snow; and as we were climbing, I did a stupid thing, I got all three pairs of gloves wet. So, riding down the other side of the pass, wet gloves + speed = frozen hands. I had to take off the gloves and wrap bandannas around my hands. We also had to navigate around a pick-up truck w/a flat tire on a narrow road, & past fallen rocks, to the totally deserted camp ground, where all the wood was too wet to make a fire.

Most fun ever had on a bike? Ha, ha, ha! See above!!
