    Sometimes I am still a bit surprised that I lost a bunch of weight and started riding and riding some more. Where did that come from? I still think of myself as the nerdie girl picked last for teams in gym class. Or, the old lady in beige nylon clothes carrying binoculars, a field guide, and a scope and talking about alternate plumage.
