    B: bowl of oatmeal, strawberries, blackberries, bananas, 2% milk, coffee
    L: 1/2 piece of pita bread and hummus
    2 1/2 hours tennis
    Snack: 1/2 piece of pita bread and hummus, 1 oatmeal raisin cookie
    Dinner: eggplant parmesan with homemade marinara sauce, small amount of spagetti pasta, 1 piece garlic bread, 1 glass red wine
    Dessert: 6 dark chocolate covered almonds
