I have a bad cold and had to drive 300 miles today after leaving my spouse who is off on his own adventure. I ate:

McDonalds breakfast burrito. I have to admit, I liked this.
Dairy Queen small hot fudge sundae. I had to pee, the dog had to pee, and that was all the rationalization I needed.
Salad for supper. Back on track.
Smoothie made from ice, orange juice, strawberries, banana, dates and walnuts. Oh was that good.
    Mike's light hard lemonade.

Right on the mark on the calories but kind of a disgusting day.

    Today:

B: steel cut oats with a tsp of PB, scrambled egg whites, skim milk and coffee

    S: 1/2 cliff bar

2 hour hike - ate rest of Cliff bar, and hiked another 1.5 hours (hiked several beautiful mountain bike trails)

Dinner came early, like at 4:00, but I was HUNGRY after the 3.5 hour hike! Turkey wrap with a bit of cheese, mushrooms, onion, spinach, and a small amount of slaw - yummy!

Still hungry when I got home - though my stomach was upset for some reason (wondering if the food at the restaurant was slightly off). Made a mix I like sometimes - fat-free Greek yogurt with fresh blackberries and a bit of bran cereal mixed in for crunch goodness.
