    She got a new toy - an ab roll out wheel with stirrups for your feet. That was kind of fun.T

    We had to do those in martial arts class. Push up, clap, don't land on your face... more than my legs used to be in shape!

    I borrowed the "explosive push-ups" and some of the other hand positions from the video posted (from the knees only) in my class last night.
