198 even....just a few ounces down from last week. 3# short from my goal..but considering the fact that I am not on a diet + the Holidays food and not really killing myself at the gym...thats pretty cool. Also I am really dropping sizes and toning very quickly...maybe that's why...the muscles are taking over the fat.
I will try to lose 10-15 pounds by my Bday (Feb 23) but for that to happen I know for sure I will have to go on a strict HEalthy diet and really stick to it. I have done it before though... Let's see If I am strong enough to do it![]()
