    Breakfast: 1 egg, small piece of ham, hashbrowns, 1 piece WG toast, coffee
    L: 1/2 bowl of soup, 1 oatmeal raisin cookie
    D: 1 flour tortilla, few slices of grilled chicken breast, sauteed onions and peppers, sprinkle of cheese, little sour cream with spanish rice and beans, 1 beer

    B: piece of ww bread with soy nut butter before early AM gym.. 20 minute run/walk and weights (the instructor for the class didn't show )
    sliced chicken over a tomato with melted cheese, coffee, an orange after the gym

    L: can of tuna in olive oil, apple

    S: half a Luna Bar

    D: steak au poivre, sweet potato, spinach, one beer

    2 hours tennis
    L: 1 bowl of chicken vege soup
    D: 2 small pieces of pizza, salad with blue cheese crumbles and vinaigrette, 1 glass red wine

    Oh mannnn I am so excited that I scored a Breville Die Cast hemisphere blender off craigslist for $175 bucks (they retail between $300 and $400). It was quite obviously barely used (with some dust on it). Took it home and made a banana, blueberry, raspberry, spinach, whey protein smoothie. Heavenly! So glad I have a working blender again, I can do one liquid meal per day now.

    Breakfast 1 this morning: cottage cheese, slice of whole grain toast with jam.
    1 hour weight training
    Breakfast 2 this morning: 300-400 calorie smoothie

    handful of nuts before spin class at oh dark thirty
    B: egg whites and green chili salsa, an orange, coffee
    L: cup of sweet potato and carrot soup with half a grilled cheese sandwich, after a 3.6 mile ride to the closest destination I could think of, to make my mileage goal for the year, then rode back home for a 7.2 mile ride.
    D: went to the bar at the Colonial Inn for dinner and ended up staying for like 3.5 hours. The band playing was great. Shared a pear salad with DH, then ate half of an apple brined chicken dinner (which was one breast), a couple of sweet potato wedges, and broccoli, half a piece of cornbread, 2 glasses of red wine.

    slept until 9:00 this morning I NEVER sleep that late, must have seriously needed it.

    B: steel cut oats, egg whites, skim milk, coffee
    L: roasted skinless chicken breast sandwich with sprouted bread, small slice of light Irish cheddar, black bean soup, skim milk, coffee

    15 minutes warmup on trainer, 60 minute bike ride

    S: heated baked apple with no-fat half and half, handful of almonds, small slice of light Irish cheddar

    Haven't yet decided what to do for dinner as I am headed for a friends house at 8 to bring in the new year. Made a fruit salad to take but I had better eat something to keep me from eating too much stuff...something light like perhaps some more black bean soup and 1/2 PB sandwich.

    More coffee...I NEVER stay up even close to midnight...

    L: half a naan "pizza" with fig-arugula pesto, goat cheese, and pear

    S: a few ww sesame crackers
    half an hour on the treadmill, weights, stretching
    D: (at a friends' house): cheese, grapes, and crackers
    glass of champagne, salad, salmon on a roasted tomato and risotto, glass of wine, slice of marble cake, tea
