B: ww tortilla cheese crisp with low fat cheddar and salsa, coffee, orange

33.5 mile outdoor ride, moderate pace, with a stiff headwind
L: cycling club's Chanukah party lunch... 2 latkes with applesauce, a few pieces of cheese and walnuts, salad, and 3 small slices of turkey, cabbage, a beer, one blueberry scone type cookie and a taste of a chocolate black bean/chili/cranberry cookie that was supposed to be for the gluten free crowd. It was awful .

D: I was hungry again by 7 PM, so I had half a ww bagel with melted cheddar and blueberries

Sigh, one more holiday related dinner on New Years Eve
